She is a delegator who trusts her reports to sort out the little details. She's available to guide us on questions and on how our projects fit into the larger strategic vision, but is able to avoid over-steering.

Having a good boss has enabled me to care more about my work, think more autonomously and produce better quality projects. Now that I have to think independently about the little details, it forces me to take a step back and make sure my work and decisions continue to lock into our bigger team goals.
